What payments do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit card, (mastercard, visa) direct deposit into our account, PayPal, Zip Pay and Afterpay.
Express Shipping within Australia
Shipping costs are as follows:
Express post- orders up to $100 value is $11.99
Express post- orders above $100+ is $14.99
Express post is usually overnight (ONCE SHIPPED) but depending on your location may be a few days- please also note it may take a few days for Amy to get through orders- especially during peak times. We always recommend choosing express post.
There is also the option of cheaper regular Australia post which is calculated at checkout. Regular post can be much slower as it goes interstate by road and may take 3-7 business days (ONCE SHIPPED). Please only choose this option if you don't need items urgently for a event.
Any free shipping within Australia?
Orders over $150 are eligible for free regular shipping (this is not express)
Your package can take between 3-10 business days to arrive.
We endeavour to send out all order ASAP however The Face Paint Store is a one person business and we do get busy! If you require your order urgently please email Amy or contact her via chat to confirm.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping
Our website is currently set up to show currency and ship to these countries- if you are in a different country and would like to put in a order, please open a chat or message Amy and we will happily set up for your country as well. Currently set up countries for pour international customers are
USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Egypt, Belguim, Germany, Holland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland and Brazil
Some countries governments require duties to be paid to them when importing goods- all customers are responsible for payment of their own countries duties if applicable- please check with your local customs authority for more details and to find out if your countries charge these fees.
USA Customers
We’re thrilled to announce we are back shipping to our beautiful customers in the USA. Please note the below details so you understand the new USA tariff rules. These tariffs are only applicable to customers in the USA
1) Prices on our website are NOT inclusive of tariffs.
2) After you go through checkout and pay for your order I will go through it and calculate your tariffs for the american government- these are based on the country the items are manufactured in. For example TAG onestroke cakes including my, Hayley and Brookes Collections are from Taiwan and the US Tariff for these is 20%. Tariffs for Fusion and FPA are 30% as these items are manufactured in China.
3) I will send you a extra invoice for your tariffs- the US government requires payment before items are shipped to the USA and are NON REFUNDABLE by the US Government. This means if you return any items or refuse delivery the tariff can not be refunded to you.
4) if you have any questions about tariffs or countries of origin for items on our website please open a chat.
Returns
If your item is faulty please contact Amy via email. Unfortunately we cannot refund a change of mind purchase.

Do you teach Face Painting classes?
Yes, Amy is a highly experienced and sought after instructor, having trained hundreds of professional face painters and mums and dads alike. Please see our class page in the menu above for more information, prices and dates for the next class.
Amy is currently offering beginners classes, onestroke classes and private classes.
Are you available to face paint at my party or event?
Yes Amy is available to paint or do balloon twisting for your events. Please message Amy for a quote. You can see her work throughout this website and also at

Has your walk in retail store closed??
Yes unfortunately due to financial pressure due to the corona virus pandemic our walk in store has closed permanently. Our online store continues to operate and provide customers with all the best face painting supplies
