Starblend white is a powder type face paint that will create a soft smooth and quick drying base for your sugarskulls, vampires and skull face paints, ( even like this as a comfortable alternative for spider man eyes and tigers)
I like to apply these with a slightly damp face painting sponge (do not spray the cake- but spray your sponge with water) then buff on to the face.
