260 relates to the size of the balloon and they are 2 inch wide and 60 inches long when fully inflated. You will need a balloon pump to inflate (we also have these available)
Made on 100% natural latex, Tuftex balloons are fully biodegradable and will degrade as fast as a oak leaf in your yard. Tuftex latex is made using the highest quality natural rubber latex from sap that has been tapped - a process which has no harmful impact on the health of the rubber tree.
